An Incidental Finding and Unusual Presentation of Atypical Coccidioidomycosis in a 72-Year-Old Man: A Case Report

This case report presents an unusual and challenging diagnostic scenario involving a 72-year-old man who recently returned from trip to Maui, Hawaii.
